    • Kojiya Satomura Amazake (a sweet non-alcoholic Japanese drink made from fermented rice and rice koji): 150ml (5 fl oz)
    • Grapefruit: 1/2 piece

    • Mix the squeezed juice with the amazake. Chill and enjoy.
