- Kojiya Satomura Amazake (a sweet non-alcoholic Japanese drink made from fermented rice and rice koji): 150ml (5 fl oz)
- Grapefruit: 1/2 piece

- Cut the grapefruit in half horizontally and squeeze out the juice.
- Mix the squeezed juice with the amazake. Chill and enjoy.
