- Kojiya Satomura Amazake (made from rice and rice koji): 150ml (5 fl oz)
- Brown sugar: 1 piece
- Kinako (roasted soybean flour): to taste
- Hot water: 1 tablespoon

Preparation
- Crush the brown sugar into small pieces using a knife and dissolve it in hot water.
- Mix the dissolved brown sugar with the amazake, then add kinako to taste. Enjoy warm or chilled as desired.
Notes
If you cannot find amazake, you can substitute with a sweet rice drink, though the flavor may differ.
